How it works
Four steps. You can stop after the first.
Most software projects go wrong in the gap between what you meant and what got built. We close that gap on paper, in plain English, before anyone writes code.
A free 45-minute assessment
No deck and no pitch. You walk us through a normal week. Where work comes from, what gets typed where, what goes wrong. We tell you where the hours are going.
A written read on your business. Yours either way.
We write it down in plain English
Every job starts with a requirements document anyone can follow, including a section written so a five-year-old could understand it. If we've misunderstood your business you'll catch it here, on paper, before anything gets built.
A document you sign off before a line of code exists.
We build it in the open
You see working software all the way through, not a reveal at the end. Anything new you think of during the build comes out of the same yearly allowance, and we size it in front of you before we start.
Working software you've watched take shape.
You go live, and we stay
We train your team, then look after it for a full year. Support desk, backups, monitoring, patching and updates, plus your allowance of changes every year.
A system that keeps working, and keeps changing with you.
Where the risk sits
The parts that usually go wrong are our problem.
Overrun is on us
If the build takes longer than planned you don't pay more. Your twelve months start when you sign and end when they end. That puts the pressure to hit the date on us, where it should be.
Published prices, always
Need more than your allowance? Every size of work has a price on the page. You'll never sit waiting on a quote to find out what something costs.
The assessment is yours either way
You get our written read on your business. What we'd build first, roughly what it takes, and whether you need us at all. Yours to keep whether you hire us or not.
